R\u00f8dbyhavn<\/strong>
\nChanges everywhere. The landscape is cleaner, more sterile, tidier. The lawn is short and the fence stretches straight and desolate along the large construction site through the dunes. It looks like a border to another country. When the tunnel is finished, people will not play a major visible role in border traffic. Cars will disappear into a hole and be spat out again a few kilometers away. Modern people call that progress. Gaining time still means progress. Every time I’m here in R\u00f8dbyhavn taking pictures, I freeze time. And then I find a place that reminds me that once there were some fishermen here, and that kids were skipping flat stones across the sea.
