\nEin paar Wochen habe ich mit verschiedenen Nikon und Nikkormat Spiegelreflex Kameras ‚rumexperimentiert. Sie haben alle gute, scharfzeichnende Optiken und ausgezeichnete Belichtungsautomatiken. Aber so richtig gl\u00fccklich werde ich damit nicht. Zu schwer und zu klobig. Ich bevorzuge leichte Sucherkameras. F\u00fcr meinen Aufenthalt auf der seltsamen d\u00e4nischen Insel Fej\u00f8 und meiner anschlie\u00dfenden Interrailtour durch Italien und eventuell Frankreich habe ich zwei Rollei 35 (S und TE) Kameras ausgew\u00e4hlt. Sie sind leicht und fallen nicht so auf. Und super scharfe Fotos sind mir nicht immer wichtig. Obwohl die Kameras hervorragende Optiken besitzen<\/em>. Der Moment ist wichtig. Ich meine aber nicht das Einfrieren des Istzustandes. Das ist so eine Floskel. Ich liebe die schnelle dokumentarische Reportagefotografie. Schwarzwei\u00df, k\u00f6rnig und scheinbar nebenbei fotografiert.

\nI spent a few weeks experimenting with various Nikon and Nikkormat SLR cameras. They all have good, sharp lenses and excellent automatic exposure controls. But I’m not really happy with them. Too heavy and too bulky. I prefer lightweight viewfinder cameras. For my stay on the strange Danish island of Fej\u00f8 and my subsequent Interrail tour through Italy and possibly France, I have chosen two Rollei 35 (S and TE) cameras. They are lightweight and don’t attract much attention. And super-sharp photos aren’t always important to me. Even though the cameras have excellent lenses. The moment is important. But I don’t mean freezing the current state of affairs. That’s just a clich\u00e9. I love fast documentary reportage photography. Black and white, grainy and seemingly taken in passing.<\/p>\n
