Saturday evening
invitation to dinner
in an old timbered house BLOG 006
with a beautiful garden
dog and cat
jump across the lawn
Portugal, Spain, Italy
and me at the table
food according to the countries
splendid
wine, beer, and coffee
today there’s a pleasant breeze
coming from the Atlantic
with every wine
my English gets better
with every glass
I perfectly understand
Portuguese, Spanish, Italian
we have drunken
Fejø under the table
there was no light on
in the village pub at 4 a.m.
Thank you for the wonderful evening

Sunday morning
now the wind comes again
from the Baltic sea
and loudly knocks against my head
there’s still wine inside
‘till the afternoon
doing nothing, playing the guitar, making phone calls, NTV
eventually to and fro with the bike
across the island
tail- und headwind
