Street Photography / my point of view, which is not unchangeable




       In street photography, the human or animal becomes an object. The

       person is not asked for permission to be photographed. For me, the

       space (the environment) in which the person is currently located plays

       an important role, because the person is in constant interaction with

       his or her surroundings. An object, as soon as it is looked at, also plays

       an important role. Of course, there is another way, but then because


       the person has outstanding characteristics. Here, too, I try to keep a

       certain distance. Photographing a homeless person sleeping in his
 STREET  vomit does not make a good street photo at first. The story is missing.



       It lacks the ‚why‘ and ‚wherefore‘. I attach importance to a sociolo-

       gical and socio-cultural consideration. Of course my statements have
 OVERVIEW2   no general validity, because that would be an egoistic presumption.
