Yesterday
jogged 5 kilometres
to church and back BLOG 011
beautiful path
fields right and left
past the pollard willows
the Baltic Sea straight ahead
5 kilometres after work
5 kilometres too much
completely exhausted in the morning
oh God
I feel every bone
slowly cycling to the farm
and from there into the fields
from hour to hour
it’s getting better
that two wasps stung me then?
doesn’t matter
part of the job
such a day is quickly told
a short stop at the shop
bread, milk and
a cold Cola
sitting in front of the shop with colleagues
smoking, chattering
and driving home

I would have to tidy up
tidying up I’ll do tomorrow
