13.01-20.01.2021 fotografischer Kurzaufenthalt in Aguda / Portugal

Geplant war eine Interrail Tour durch Europa, mit dem Ziel, meine Arbeitskolleginnen und Kollegen zu besuchen, mit denen ich in Dänemark auf der kleinen seltsamen Insel Fejø als Erntehelfer zusammenarbeitete (2018, 2020, 2021 Dänemark / Fejø). Es sollte eine fotodokumentarische Reise kreuz und quer durch Europa werden. Corona kam und Interrail war nicht mehr möglich. Ich nutzte ein kleines Zeitfenster bis zur Schließung der Grenzen und reiste für eine Woche, auf Einladung meiner Arbeitskollegin Rute Capelo, nach Aguda in Portugal.

Viele Fotos entstanden abseits des Atlantiks in der Gegend hinter den Bahngleisen.
Es sind filmbasierte Fotos, vergrößert auf Baryt und PE Papier im eigenen Fotolabor.

O plano era uma viagem de interrail pela Europa, com o objectivo de visitar os meus colegas com os quais trabalhei na Dinamarca, na pequena estranha ilha de Fejø, como trabalhador na apanha de fruta (2018, 2020, 2021 Dinamarca/Fejø). Era para ser uma viagem foto-documentário atravessando a Europa. Com o surgimento do Corona, o interrail deixou de ser uma opção. Eu tirei partido da oportunidade de uma pequena janela até às fronteiras fechadas e viajei para a Aguda, em Portugal, durante uma semana, através do convite da minha colega de trabalho Rute Capelo.
Obrigado Rute Capelo e amigos pela fantástica hospitalidade.

Muitas fotos foram tiradas longe do oceano Atlantico, na área atrás das linhas do caminho de ferro.
São filmes baseados em fotos, aumentados em papel (baryte e PE), no nosso próprio laboratório de fotografia.

The plan was an Interrail tour through Europe, with the aim to visit my colleagues, with whom I worked in Denmark on the small strange island of Fejø as a harvest worker (2018, 2020, 2021 Denmark / Fejø). It was to be a photo-documentary journey criss-crossing Europe. Corona was coming and Interrail was no longer an option. I took advantage of a small window of opportunity until the borders closed and traveled for a week, at the invitation of my work colleague Rute Capelo, to Aguda in Portugal.

They are film based photos, enlarged on baryte and PE paper in our own photo lab.
